DISCOVER THE CONCEPT

Discover the world of cooking, explore new flavors, develop your sense of taste, learn basic techniques, and use kitchen equipment safely: this is what we offer through our summer cooking camps.

Over the course of a week, children discover different spices, foods, and cooking techniques every day. Accompanied by our professional chefs, who are trained in working with children, they learn about cooking from A to Z and discover world cuisine. Our activities are entirely hands-on.

The children taste their creations on site for dinner and also take some of their creations home for the whole family to enjoy.

Note that recipes change every year.

LEARN WHILE HAVING FUN

Beyond theory, practice is at the heart of our activities in order to stimulate the five senses. Through recipes that are easy to reproduce at home, we have designed workshops related to several areas of learning:

  • Opening up to the world: introduction to different tastes and flavors
  • Mathematics: measuring ingredients, conversions, times, and memorization
  • Earth sciences: seasonality, cultivation, and origin of food
  • Healthy living: healthy eating and health rules
  • Geography: cuisines and food production around the world
  • Social skills: participating in meal preparation as a team
  • Kitchen safety: sharp objects, heat, hygiene, and food storage
